(SUGAR LAND) – Around 3:30 a.m. July 18 Sugar Land police responded to a burglary in progress call in Sugar Land Town Square. Officers located the suspect vehicle as it was fleeing and apprehended the suspects after the stolen car they were driving became disabled.
Jerad Derell Haynes of Houston and three juvenile males were all arrested and charged with burglary, trespassing and grand theft auto. Haynes was booked into the Fort Bend County Jail and three juveniles were booked into the Fort Bend County Juvenile Detention Center.
