(KATY) - The City of Katy has installed a new traffic signal on Kingsland Blvd. at Katy Fort Bend County Road. The signal will operate as a flashing red light beginning Wednesday, Nov. 15.
“During this time, we ask that drivers pay extra attention to the area traffic control devices,” said city officials.
