(FORT BEND ISD) - The FBISD Student Verification process to update student information is now open for the 2023-24 school year. Verification is required for all new and returning students, and families can complete the process in Skyward Family Access. The deadline for completion is Friday, Aug. 18.
This is an opportunity to submit new contact, consent and emergency information for students or confirm previous information for the 2023-24 school year. The information remains confidential.
For the 2023-24 school year, parents are asked to complete multiple forms including:

Medical/Emergency Information
Student Residency Questionnaire
Military Connected Form
Student BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Use Agreement
Migrant Family Survey
Child Nutrition Acknowledgement
Grade-Specific Opt-In Forms
