(RICHMOND) – Hwy. 90A in Richmond will be shut down in both directions from Second Street to the railroad underpass beginning at 7:30 a.m. to approximately noon on Sept. 29 due to the Fort Bend County Fair. All cross streets will be closed.
If you are traveling west from Sugar Land on Hwy. 90A you will be directed to turn north or south (right or left) at the first light across the bridge/2nd Street.
You will not be able to enter Richmond via Hwy 90A from Rosenberg until after the parade clears the city. Drivers can use FM 1640 or Ave I to enter Richmond from Rosenberg.
