(FULSHEAR) – Fulshear police are reminding residents to lock their car doors and close their garage doors at night after two suspects were seen in the Cross Creek Ranch community on the night of Jan. 3 checking for unlocked doors and open garage doors.
“They succeeded,” said police in a statement. “Most of the cars they checked were locked and they continued on, however, some cars were accidentally left unlocked and the crooks entered the vehicles and stole property. One garage door was left open, and items were stolen from inside. Before going to bed tonight, please remember to lock your car doors, remove valuables, and close your garage doors.”
