(RICHMOND) – The Lamar CISD Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects believed to the responsible for theft from Foster High School.
On Sunday, Oct. 1, around 11:40 a.m., a black Chevrolet Tahoe with a stolen license plate drove into the parking lot of Foster High School, 4400 FM 723 in Richmond. Two suspects then stole a generator and power tools from the band hall.
The first suspect is a white male, between 40 and 50 years old, approximately 6’3” and 300 lbs. with a brown and gray goatee. He was wearing an orange Bronco baseball cap, a blue shirt, black shorts and slip-on Tennis shoes. He has several distinctive tattoos – a Chevrolet symbol below his right knee, a cross on his left calf and the State of Texas on his right calf.
The second suspect is a white male, between 50 and 60 years old, 5’8” and 175 lbs. wearing a Batman baseball cap, a black shirt, black pants and black shoes with a gray and black beard.
