(FORT BEND COUNTY) - Two events have been scheduled in October to give Precinct 1 residents the opportunity to meet various candidates in the upcoming November election.
The first event is scheduled from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the Irene Stern Community Center, 6920 Katy-Fulshear Road in Fulshear.
Expected to attend are County Judge candidate Trever Nehls, County Treasurer Bill Rickert, County Clerk Laura Richard, District Clerk candidate Annie Rebecca Elliott, Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1, Place 1 Kelly Crow and Justice of the Peace, Pct. 1, Place 2 candidate Tricia Krenek.
The second event is scheduled from 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the Seven Meadows Community Association, 23610 Seven Meadows Parkway in Katy.
Expected to attend are 14th District Court of Appeals Place 2 Judge Kevin Jewell, 14th District Court of Appeals Place 9 Judge Randy Wilson, 240th District Court candidate Ed Krenek, 268th District Court Judge candidate Steve Rogers, 328th District Court Judge Walter Armatys, 458th District Judge candidate Chad Bridges, 1st Court of Appeals Justice April Ferris, Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 1 Judge Chris Morales, Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 3 candidate Andrew Dornburg, Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 4 candidate Courtney Kovach and Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 6 candidate Dean Hrbacek.
