(SUGAR LAND) – An employee of Sugar Land Methodist hospital has been arrested and charged with hiding a visual recording device in an employee-only bathroom at the hospital.
In early October another employee of the hospital found the recording device and contacted police. Sugar Land detectives identified hospital employee Ben Aquino as the suspect, and he was arrested on Nov. 2.
Aquino has been charged with invasive visual recording, a State Jail Felony. He is currently being held in the Fort Bend County jail on a $25,000 bond.
