(SUGAR LAND) -Sugar Land police have reported that on March 6 an alert resident notified officers about a female opening community mailboxes and possibly stealing mail near Barrington Place subdivision on the north side of Sugar Land.
SLPD located and arrested Jessica Bursell, who was charged with theft of mail and booked into the Fort Bend County Jail.
