Austin High School’s unit is led by Senior Chief Aaron Johnson. He says that teams begin working in July, before the school year begins, and practice during the week and also on weekends to prepare for the competition.
“I am very proud of all of these kids who have sacrificed so much for the opportunity to represent their school and team at the state competition,” Johnson said. “This accomplishment is a testament of the dedication and commitment to the students within the program.”
