(ROSENBERG) - A warming center will be opened at Friends of North Rosenberg as temperatures drop in the area. The center in located at 1908 Ave. E and will be open Thursday, Dec. 22 from 5 p.m. – 8:30 a.m. Friday., Dec. 23. Maximum capacity is 40 people and transportation will not be provided.
